I would highly recommend 'A Day called Hope' by Gareth O'Callaghan for an honest, inspiring, uplifting story about dealing with depression.
He's an irish authour but you'll get it on Amazon

Start by saying how inspiration is quite important and common in today’s society. With all kinds of depression around, there is much to discuss. The most important thing is how to cope with it. You should also talk about how treatable depression is and the treatments or techniques that are there for each person.

You should talk, discuss and share all types of depressions in order to know the different techniques or treatments of stress release for each individual.
