let me frame you.
no, really. let me show the world what I see.
not the gallery that is open to the public

those images, while beautiful, are tame to me.
let me show them the you I know,
the rough hewn sculptures,
the penciled sketches,
drawn years ago and discarded, deemed unfit
for the world at large.

half finished manuscripts of startling complexity,
rolling out in a voice like thunder at midnight.

let me frame you.

Again (((LadyA))) The simplicity and complexity of your gathered imagery... just spins off such richness. How often is what people see of us beautiful, yet yes, tamed. I love your tantilizing words:

half finished manuscripts of startling complexity,
rolling out in a voice like thunder at midnight.

LOL ... The shuttering that would occur if we were each deeply known masterpieces! There is actually a very deep silence within when I read this poem aloud... That peace of possibility!

I came back to read this one again. To receive another human being in the way you have expressed here is the most beautiful gift one can offer. Thank you again.

thank you all for your kind words!

I truly feel that one of the things I'm called to do here at the university is to 'frame' students... so often I have to show the picture to them, first.

thank you again. muchly.

This is truly a resplendent concept of approach and endearment to another.

Are you related to Emily Dickenson? :^

Please to favor us with even more to come,
thank you,
