Hey guys, so I have been following Aspiring Mind for some time now and just listened to their podcast with Tom Ingrassia.

He was 48 when he decided to leave his secure job for over 25 years and chase his dream doing what he loves! We have to learn from failure not be afraid of it! Great podcast episode if you have a chance.

What are your thoughts on fear of failing? and how did you overcome your fears? :?
