Hello Lion :)

I first heard the word "aja" used by a korean female character in a korean film.. Here in the Philippines there are lots of Korean TV series and movies that we get to watch (with english subtitle or sometimes translated into tagalog, our language) and it's really amazing to learn the language from different countries..

I think "aja" is an expression they use to cheer or give support.. I think it means "go, fight!"..Since I heard it, the word kind of stayed with me and when I feel down, or if some of my friends need encouragement, I often tell them that.. :)

the letter "j" in "aja" is pronounced as it is, and not as letter "h".. ;)

Well, I have a new word weekly ( ??? ), but here's a word that I've always liked and I could always connect to.


CANVAS

As in the drawing kind. It's the perfect analogy for life. We start off fresh, with a clean new canvas, and we start painting - making our choices, choosing our paths.

Sometimes, if we make mistakes, we can paint over them. Sometimes, one color cannot go over another.

All lives must finish. At the end, we will have finished a masterpiece, to inspire other to-be 'artists' , so that they too, can create a masterwork of their own.
