We watched a show this past weekend that held the question:
Has anything you've done made your life better?

I know there are things that have! So I don't ask Has but rather What ? ? ?

What have you done that has made your life better?

Hi dear Lion~*,

We both know that I have made huge changes in my life over the last few years....and they have may my life waaaay better. The key was facing these changes fearlessly, and following my intuition. So many times I have held back, afraid to change, staying in my head instead of my heart. But I've learned that the heart, and the soul, know. Listen and follow...it has made my life so much better.

much love and many blessings,

I don't really know the exact changes i've made...but whatever they are, it's strengthened my faith in God and the people around me. :) :D

Learned to truly forgive, for there is where I first found peace and all else has followed.

This question was a bit of a poser to me at first, Dear Lion. I don't usually think that I am "doing" anything to make my life better. After pondering a while I came up with:

Deciding to fly in the face of "accepted behavior" in my family, I "ran away from home" at the tender age of 32. I had married at 17, never been on my own, and really didn't know what to do about anything. I had no children to be concerned about and my husband didn't seem to notice when I left.

By 34, I had met, fallen in love and married my children and their dad- my darling G. The youngest child was 22 at the time. She is a constant source of joy and comfort - loves me and G as a unit, and frets that she can't spend much time with us now.

These years together have been blessed with love, grandbabies, and more friends than one would ever dare dream of - all because I ran away.

This question has made me ponder also.

I've tried to keep an open mind to something that is going on in my life right now.

I'm trusting that God will be the one to guide me towards what path I must take concerning the future.

I made a spur of the moment decision to join this forum and so far I'm very happy I did. luv
