The Greatest Problem

They say a poem's not really a poem until you share it with someone else. And that's what this place is all about.

The Greatest Problem
© 2013 Frederick J. Cowie, Ph.D.

No debts to pay
No work to be done
No angry neighbors
No sins to wash away
No guilt to assuage
No addictions to feed
No problem to solve
No nothing
No thing
Nothingness

Certain debts money can't pay off
So much work needing done can't do it all
Don't know neighbors anymore such a pity
Sins got drown let alone washed away
no regrets to fry like sausage either
none but the dogs to feed
not all problems can be solved
nothing dreams
things always are
breathlessness

The greatest problem doesn't stay the greatest.... it always changes... the only real problem is if * I*, *You*, * They* do not.
