My shell is having a hard time... not providing much comfort or protection! confused

Sorry to hear that about your 'shell'

I think we all tuck our heads back into our shell at times to gain strength...

I love Turtle wisdom colgate

Loved the graphic too.

Turtles have been in my life since childhood. Only pet I had.

I've since learned, that for me, the Turtle reminds me to move slowly, and go inside my "shell" for rejuvenation.
